Tim Austin is a Life & Leadership Coach & Founder at Encompass Life Coaching. Tim has a strong background in international organizational and project management, people development and entrepreneurship. Prior to becoming a professional coach, Tim earned a Masters Degree in Education. Following Tim’s college years, he enjoyed 20 years of working overseas. During that time, Tim was a husband, dad, non-profit leader, people developer and entrepreneur. Tim began to coach professionally while living abroad, developing a system and structure to support leaders in ever-changing environments. Tim’s experience overseas causes him to view life as both a calling and journey of discovery. Tim believes transitions are fertile ground for clarity and growth. Tim approaches coaching as a strategic point on the map of one's journey, where coach and client work together in a creative partnership. Tim loves supporting clients through this process of discovery. Tim is especially passionate about coming alongside leaders through transition seasons, helping them discover new insights and creative ways to move forward, both personally and professionally. Tim’s expertise lies in helping his clients clarify core values, discover their purpose, and creatively approach their personal and professional goals.
