Eric started the HR Service Delivery product at ServiceNow in 2013 and since then he has focused on making work easier for employees by helping customers institute digital employee experience strategies, which break down organizational and technology silo’s. Eric lives in Colorado and enjoys skiing, hiking, and mountain biking.
