Caitlin Lang is a Research Associate at the National Safety Council and conducts quantitative and qualitative research to study the effects of the pandemic on employers and the workforce. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Experimental Human Factors, and is a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Central Florida in Human Factors and Cognitive Psychology.
