Gretchen has an Industrial Engineering degree and MBA and has worked for Cummins for 13.5 years. She has been the Ergonomics Manager for 6 years at the Cummins Power Systems Plant in Fridley, MN. Prior to her Ergonomics role, she held positions as Manufacturing Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Manager and Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
