William Gibson, ASP – Mr. Gibson has served as Safety Manager since 2017. He currently holds an A.S. in Occupational Safety and Health and was recently designated Associate Safety Professional by BCSP. Mr. Gibson serves on the Delaware Area Safety Council Steering Committee, Ohio Safety Congress Education and Training Committee, and the American Water Works Association EHS Committee.
