Survey Research Analyst & EHS Coordinator
National Safety Council
Noura Sadek is a Survey Research Analyst with the Survey Services team. Noura’s role includes collaborating with clients and team members to plan, develop, and conduct safety and psychological health and safety perception surveys. She analyzes and interprets survey results, both quantitative and qualitative data, to determine objectives and action planning in order to help improve and develop client health and safety programs. She reviews, cleans and classifies survey data for internal use. Furthermore, Noura produces technical results reports and dashboards for client use, and assists in creating and participating in results presentations. Additional to Noura’s Survey Research Analyst role, she is the EHS Coordinator for the National Safety Council, working closely with the EHS Director to ensure the National Safety Council is in compliance with all safety rules and regulations, as well as to assist individuals to be in compliance. Noura has a post graduate degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management from the University of Guelph-Humber as well as certificates in; Hazard Analysis and Control, WHMIS-2015, COR Internal Auditing, Working at Heights (WAH), and Competent Supervising & Management Skills. Thinking beyond just compliance, Noura is committed to providing the National Safety Council and clients with tools and data driven metrics to ensure a proactive system-wide approach to physical and psychological safety.
