After 13 years of service in the United States Navy as a member of the SEAL Teams, Mark MacDonald joined Rockwell Collins to work in Marketing and Sales in the Aerospace industry. Mark quickly transitioned into Program Management where he managed everything from new product development to production, specializing in Research and Development. After a successful 12 years with Rockwell Collins, Mark transitioned to Sherwin Williams (formerly Valspar) where he manages regional sales while leading new product innovation for SherwinWilliams Protective Coatings Group, Coil Building Products North America.
