LT Vincent Sritapan is an Information Warfare Officer with the U.S. Navy Reserves. He currently serves as the Mission Manager for Tiered Cyber Support and Mission Lead for Technical Authority in the NAVWAR Reserve Program. Prior to NAVWAR Reserve Program, LT Sritapan served as N6 Acting Department Head and Command Information Assurance Manager at Navy Reserve Command 10th Fleet/U.S. Cyber Command. In his civilian professional role, Mr. Sritapan is a Section Chief in the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) Cybersecurity Quality Service Management Office (Cyber QSMO). In his position as Service Innovation Section Chief, Sritapan is leading the development and delivery of mobile security services and cloud security capabilities to help protect government enterprise networks. Sritapan also is the lead for CISA’s 5G research and development (R&D) activities in partnership with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) in support of CISA’s 5G Strategy. LT Sritapan earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from California State University, Northridge, a Master’s Degree in National Security Studies, and a Master’s in Business Administration in Information Assurance and Security Management from California State University, San Bernardino. He also is an alumnus of the National Science Foundation CyberCorps Scholarship for Service and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence’s Intelligence Community Scholar programs.
