Todd Probert is President of the National Security and Innovative Solutions (NSIS) sector of CACI International Inc, a global provider of mission-driven technology solutionsserving defense, intelligence, and federal government customers. The $2.5 billion NSIS sector offers world-class capabilities in C4ISR, cybersecurity, space operations and resiliency. NSIS leverages software enabling technology and tools to enhance, connect and secure critical systems that advance speed to decision-making, awareness, and superiority to operate and defend across all domains. Expertise in photonics, artificial intelligence, signals intelligence, electronic warfare, secure communications, offensive and defensive cyber, and counter unmanned aerial systems deliver precision affects. Research and development labs accelerate custom solutions for tactical and strategic national security missions. Mr. Probert joined CACI in July 2020, bringing a diverse mix of expertise in software modernization and systems engineering and integration to strategic growth initiatives. He has a successful track record of developing operational excellence across functional and business teams while achieving significant growth in technology-driven environments, managing large, complex programs and portfolios, and developing international business. Prior to joining CACI, Mr. Probert had a distinguished career at Raytheon Technologies where he held senior leadership positions, most recently as vice president of Command and Control, Space, and Intelligence ($2.75 B). Mr. Probert led 8,000 global employees in the development, delivery, and execution of complex, high consequence engineering solutions and agile command and control, situational awareness systems for intelligence community, defense, and civil space domain missions. Probert spearheaded Raytheon’s use of commercial software development practices and artificial intelligence for military and intelligence community customers, ensuring critical systems are deployed as quickly as new technologies are developed. He formed critical partnerships with leading Silicon Valley tech companies to transform how Raytheon development and deliver capabilities, driving new models and methods to shorten delivery times. Prior to leading business portfolios at Raytheon, Mr. Probert was the vice president of Engineering and Technology where he led roughly 10,000 engineers and drove strategies, investments, and processes to enable capability, innovation, and growth across enterprise programs. Prior to Raytheon, for 12 years he held roles of increasing responsibility at Honeywell Technology Solutions Inc., with his last position as Vice President, Strategy and Business Development. In this role, Mr. Probert was responsible for growing the business inclusive of all sales, marketing, pricing, and proposal production efforts. Mr. Probert started his career as an intel analyst for the Strategic Defense initiative where he managed collection activities across a number of domains. Mr. Probert holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan. He also holds a Master of Science in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University where he was named Aerospace Engineer of the Year in 2017. In 1995, he was named AIAA Young Engineer of the Year.
