A mechanical engineer working for Star Tool since 2006 after a 10-year stint with 3M Company as their global technical service engineer for 3M's "Mill Products". Over the last 15 years at Star Tool, Eric’s role has evolved from technical sales of legacy products into several areas particularly as technical business development: applying niche, emergent technologies as real tools into the metallurgical industry. Augmented Reality and Machine Vision are two of these technologies. As a specialized Integrator, Eric enjoys introducing & applying tangible benefits of these quickly developing technology for metallurgical companies and other heavy-industries.
