This includes manufacturer matters, real estate, financing and dealer licensing. He has been involved in the purchase or sale of over 300 retail vehicle dealerships. Dietrich represents corporations, individuals and other entities with mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and restructuring transactions. He works with various financial sponsors and investors looking to enter the retail automotive/heavy-truck industry regarding manufacturing matters, joint-venture structuring and ongoing operational oversight.
