Previously, Mr. Vragel was in charge of new technology evaluation for the computer group at BP (formerly Amoco Corporation). BSc from Webb Institute of Naval Architecture, MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, ISO 9001 lead auditor.
