Vanessa Raba is a Director within Guidehouse’s Federal Civilian Agencies practice, supporting the Energy & Environment market team, focused on delivering program and project management, risk management, and financial management solutions to federal agencies. Ms. Raba brings over 18 years of experience with risk management, project management, financial management, policy development, organizational assessment, and change management; she currently leads the delivery of Guidehouse’s services to the National Science Foundation and Department of the Interior. Ms. Raba has extensive hands-on experience helping civilian agencies with science and infrastructure missions improve decision-making, bolster processes and policies, and increase transparency and accountability in their use of resources and associated outcomes. She is also a skilled facilitator and trainer and has delivered workshops, panels, and training sessions on complex topics for stakeholders at all levels of government. Ms. Raba resides just outside of Denver, Colorado with her two sons, two dogs, and one patient husband.
