Dr. Michael G. Gelles is a managing director at Deloitte Risk and Financial Advisor. He is a leader in our Regulatory and Legal Service Offering Portfolio, leading the Investigations and Intelligence practice. Additionally, Dr. Gelles has been leading work across our law enforcement solutions and an expert in insider threat management, specializing in cyber and physical security risks. In addition to his consulting work, he co leads the leadership training for Deloitte Partners, Principals and Managing Directors, as well as the Leadership Accelerator for Managers. He also is a regular speaker at client offsites focused on leadership development initiatives.
