Alicia Coffman is the Branch Manager for the Enterprise Change Management Branch within the Office of Strategy and Transformation in the Bureau of the Fiscal Service. Alicia has over 15 years of Change Management experience, received her bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University, and completed a mastery Executive Change Management Program at Cornell University. While Alicia has several Change Management certifications, many are from Prosci, which is the Change Management methodology that Alicia and her team have introduced to their Bureau as they’ve increased their Enterprise Change Management Maturity by 111% in just two years.
