Brent Goodwin is the Assistant Director of Investigations, within the ICE Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR), and has oversight of all criminal and administrative misconduct investigations pertaining to ICE employees and contractors, relating to violations of federal law and/or agency policies and procedures. OPR Investigations performs the critical function of conducting impartial and comprehensive investigations to ensure the highest standards of integrity, thus protecting public trust, and preserving accountability across the agency.
