Joseph Hong is a division director of CMS's Financial Management Systems Group (FMSG). Mr. Hong has worked at several State and Federal Agencies, leading extensive IT Programs. His experience ranges from Technical Operations, Program and Contract Management to Enterprise Architecture. In 2021, Mr. Hong established a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Program within the Office of Financial Management (OFM) with over 50 automations in production. In addition to RPA, he leads a team of federal staff in developing an AI Strategy for the Group.
