Lloyd Farmer possesses over thirty-nine years of experience in managing and operating organizations of varying sizes. His expertise lies in Federal contracting, where he is recognized as a subject matter expert and has secured millions in Federal contract awards. Mr. Farmer has led the acquisition of Federal contracting firms and managed all merger and due diligence activities. He has directed teams comprising both technical and non-technical professionals, supporting contracts domestically and internationally for Federal clients. These agencies include the Departments of Defense, Transportation, Justice, State, Housing and Urban Development, Commerce, Agriculture, Treasury, Education, and Veterans Affairs, the Defense Intelligence Agency, Central Intelligence Agency, Securities and Exchange Commission, Environmental Protection Agency, Federal Communications Commission, General Services Administration, and Department of Homeland Security. Mr. Farmer currently serves as Director, Federal CFO Services at 2ndWave LLC, where he supports the expansion of the company's CFO services group through business development and client delivery efforts. Additionally, he serves part-time as an instructor for Government Procurement Innovators (GPI), responsible for delivering classroom instruction on Federal procurement and contracting, developing curricula, grading assignments, and assisting students in mastering Federal contracting concepts. Furthermore, Mr. Farmer has held board positions with the Association of Government Accountants (AGA) DC Chapter, Sherwood Crossing Condominium Association, and ScreenThem Background Investigations, a company he co-owns with his spouse.
