At AIR, Kyle primarily coordinates, supports, and leads project teams dedicated to supporting clients in learning supports. This includes interacting with state education agencies, district leaders, educator preparation programs, education cooperatives, and other education organizations. In addition, Kyle works on the development and implementation of a suite of tools and processes designed to train and support the educator workforce on topics related to evidence-based Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) instruction, intervention, assessment, and data use at the school, district and state levels.
