Christi Frederick is a dedicated educational leader with both rural and urban experience in special education leadership. Holding dual Master's degrees in Educational Administration and Library and Information Science, Christi has spent 16 years as a special educator, and 9 years in special education administration. Throughout her career, she has been committed to evaluating special education student outcomes, developing innovative programming to enhance student success, and creating sustainable systems that improve efficiency and compliance. With a deep understanding of special education policies, data-driven decision-making, and program development, Christi has worked to implement systems that identify trends, allowing for real-time course corrections to improve student outcomes. Passionate about professional development in her role as Compliance Administrator, her focus is equipping educators with the tools to create high-quality, legally defensible IEPs that truly reflect the scholars' PLAAFP, informing goals, services, accommodations, and allowing for precision progress monitoring maximizing student outcomes.
