Jeong Hoon Choi is an Associate Research Professor at the Life Span Institute and the Associate Director of Research and Evaluation for the SWIFT Education Center at the University of Kansas. His research focuses across multiple projects include school leadership, instructional and behavioral support systems within an MTSS framework, as well as educational equity. Since its launch in 2012, the SWIFT Education Center has received national attention for its focus on school-wide transformation, demonstrating inclusive learning environments and equity in education (i.e., equity-based MTSS), thereby enhancing academic and behavioral outcomes for all students. In his current role as Associate Director of Research and Evaluation at the center, he has led research and evaluation efforts to effectively investigate the impact of SWIFT implementation on various student outcomes and explore malleable factors associated with that impact.
