LaChonna L. Avery, of Waynesboro, GA, is a dedicated Assistant Principal and IBCP Coordinator at BCHS, bringing over 25 years of diverse educational leadership experience. Her patient and compassionate nature strengthens relationships with all stakeholders. Avery's expertise spans school tiering and administration, providing strategic coaching in effective school operations, including curriculum, safety, compliance, and budget management.
