Falin is a seasoned Director of Special Education with 18 years of experience in the field currently leading special education assessment and compliance in the Lafayette Parish School System and serving as a Mentor Coach for the LA Department of Education's SPED Fellows Academy. Her expertise is centered on data analysis and the special education evaluation processes and procedures, having directed large-scale compliance and assessment programs and overseen the effective delivery of FAPE in previous Director roles. Recognized for strong organizational skills and the ability to develop interpersonal relationships, Falin has a proven record of leading multidisciplinary pupil appraisal teams, managing budgets, ensuring adherence to federal and state guidelines, and collaborating with school administrators, families, and community agencies.
