Danita Duhart
Educational Leadership Consultant
Meandos, LLC. Intertwined Impact (TM)
Dr. Danita Duhart has served in the roles of Teacher, School Principal, and currently serves as a District Executive Director of Exceptional Student Education. She has dedicated her life to making an impactful difference for those she is fortunate enough to encounter day to day. She is also a wife, mother, and friend who strives to effect positive change in lives. She has supported our most vulnerable populations and worked to address their multifaceted needs. Dr. Duhart has spent over 30 years in the educational field impacting leaders, teachers, students, and families. She has had an untold and profound generational impact on the individuals she has encountered and mentored. Dr. Duhart is now entering into a journey of widespread, systemic change and impact regarding what we know and what we thought we knew about the impact of our decisions and actions for those we serve. Her dissertation research has filled more than a 50-year paucity of literature in the field of early childhood and inclusive prekindergarten programming for typically developing children’s developmental skills. According to Duhart (2024), “the new information gleamed from the study informs and fills the gap in literature regarding the benefits for typically developing children participating in prekindergarten inclusion programming” (p. 134). Furthermore, the results of this study provided insight into having better learning outcomes than those experienced more than 50 years ago. Please join Dr. Duhart on this journey of discovery and understanding about how policy and leadership decisions can build a strong foundation and for “the ability for children to grow and develop in meaningful ways alongside their peers and to thrive together leading to better lives for all children” (Duhart, 2024, p. 134).
