Michelle Bumgarner is currently the Project LIFE National Replication Specialist. Her prior experience includes seven years of teaching all levels of the Project LIFE Program. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University. She received her Master of Science in Education degree from Shenandoah University, and her Transition to Work teaching endorsement from Xavier University. Prior to her current position, she worked as a Transition Teacher in Loudoun County Virginia. She lives in Liberty Township Ohio with her husband and two daughters. In the past, Mrs. Bumgarner has worked with adults with disabilities in Supported Living programs, assisting them to develop job skills as well as independent living skills in order to become independent in their communities. She is passionate about transition and believes that every student has the potential to follow their dreams!
