Dr. Jacquelyn Bartek, with her unwavering dedication, serves as the Assistant to the Executive Director of Student Services at Colonial Intermediate Unit 20. She focuses on creating and providing special education and behavioral services and programs for a diverse range of educational institutions, including our local school districts, career and technical schools, and private schools. With over 20 years of experience in special education, Jackie has created and grown successful programs to meet the needs of districts, students, and families. Her main focus for the past three years and accomplishments has been on recruiting and retaining special educators to ensure we have professional employees to sustain and grow our special education services and programs.
