Bianca is dedicated to empowering educators with effective instructional strategies and the tools for energy management, organization, human relations, and social-emotional development. With a true passion for supporting educators and facilitators, Bianca helps them embrace their authenticity and creativity to confidently lead and positively impact the students they serve. As the Manager of Professional Learning at Learning Ally, Bianca leads the design and delivery of innovative, engaging learning experiences that support educators in implementing evidence-based literacy instruction. She is passionate about building the culture and infrastructure needed to foster collaboration, growth, and continuous learning while creating a psychologically safe environment for educators to thrive. With experience as an instructional coach, consultant, and a former classroom teacher in non-traditional and multicultural settings, Bianca is committed to improving the instructional experience and transforming student outcomes through thoughtful coaching, facilitation, and support.
