As the Product Manager of Textiles at National Industries for the Blind (NIB), Donielle Lorelli works to create employment opportunities for people who are blind or visually impaired. Over the last 5 years, Donielle has grown in the Textiles department from doing primarily administrative tasks to managing multi-million-dollar contracts and contributing to the creation of over 400 jobs for people who are blind or visually impaired. The Department of Defense is NIB’s biggest textile customer, which presents its own set of unique challenges and opportunities. As the spouse of a Marine Corps veteran, NIB’s goal to support the warfighter is one that Donielle takes very seriously. When she is not working with Nonprofit Agencies, customers, and vendors, Donielle is traveling the continent in an RV with her husband, son and two dogs.
