Kristy Laughlin in a Principal in Deloitte’s Finance Transformation practice focused in the areas of IT risk, audit compliance, and transformation within the Department of Defense and Financial Services industries. She has expertise in transforming risk management and compliance programs, building sustainable and compliant IT solutions, and remediating long-standing internal controls weaknesses. Kristy also led the creation of Deloitte’s Trusted and Secure AI Risk and Controls matrix to provide a framework for government agencies to identify and address risk emerging with the deployment of AI.
