D.J. Allan is a Principal in Kearney’s Financial Regulators division with more than a decade of consulting experience and over 25 years in accounting and finance. He has provided support to the NCUA, OCC, FDIC, and the State of California across multiple task orders, delivering expertise in audit and accounting services, internal controls, accounting policy, and financial reporting. Throughout his career, D.J. has held diverse roles spanning accounting policy, budgeting, financial reporting, audit support, and the valuation of distressed assets and debt securities. Before joining Kearney, he worked in the Investments and Capital Markets (ICM) division at Freddie Mac, specializing in impairment accounting, amortization, and financial reporting within the investments accounting group.
