Nicole Puri is the Director of Enterprise Strategy Integration within the Office of Strategy and Transformation at the Bureau of the Fiscal Service. Ms. Puri has successfully led visionary transformation efforts within the federal government over the last 15 years and was among the first set of practitioners to develop and pilot a federal enterprise risk management program. Over her career she has created and institutionalized strategic approaches to planning, risk management, and technology for multiple federal agencies. Ms. Puri has also consulted on risk management topics for federal agency clients and developed her problem-solving take on government operations during her time developing and building commercial and residential real estate. She is the former President of the Association for Federal Enterprise Risk Management and a graduate of George Mason University School of Law and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
