Since launching the consumer brand line in 2020, Catherine has overseen the successful introduction of premium retail products such as South Chicago Packing's Wagyu Beef Tallow Spray, helping to bring high-quality cooking fats to modern consumers. Driven by a true passion for the brand and its products, Catherine partners closely with customers to drive in-store success and brand connection.
