Nolan Brown

Mr. Nolan Brown is the Technical Director for Hybrid Cloud Solutions at the Defense Information Systems Agency. In this role, he advises Hybrid Cloud Solutions leadership on critical technologies and services. He guides the strategic direction of the technology roadmap, ensuring services and capabilities align with broader agency-wide initiatives. Since becoming Technical Director, Brown has championed automation and platform modernization, with a particular focus on advancing hybrid cloud strategies and upgrading enterprise tools. Brown has been with DISA for 20 years. Prior to his current position, he was Chief of the Command and Control Line of Business within the Computing Hybrid Cloud Solutions of DISA. In this role, he was responsible for the operation and sustainment of hosted and managed services and the enterprise tools supporting the infrastructure. Brown started his federal service as an enlisted member of the United States Air Force. His primary duties focused on providing communication and information technology capabilities to the USAF. Brown has a master’s in information systems management from the Southern Nazarene University.
