With more than 20 years in accounting, auditing, process improvement, training, and risk/internal controls assessment, Jimmy has deep experience with A‑123, GAAP, FIAR, COSO, and GAGAS. He is recognized for audit remediation and sustainment across federal agencies and has delivered analytical reviews, trial balance preparation, financial statement audits, and control improvements that strengthen compliance and performance.
