Maria Martinez Trent is a hands-on entrepreneur and multi-concept operator in the amusement and hospitality industry who believes small business owners don’t need more complexity — they need smarter systems. She is the co-owner of Beyer & Brown Hospitality Group, providing in-home and out-of-home gameroom equipment, along with Back Alley Lanes VRcade, a bowling-based family entertainment center, and seven pub and grill locations. She is also launching Volusia County’s first indoor pickleball social venue, Rally Well. Her portfolio spans arcade and amusement operations, hospitality, and food and beverage. Maria serves as a Director for AMOA and BCA and remains engaged in nonprofit and community service. At home, she values time with her husband, Greg Trent, their six children, and six grandchildren
