Laura Zorn spent 23 years specializing in healthcare operations before taking a leap into the entertainment industry to create Bravoz Entertainment Center —a 40,000-square-foot, multi-attraction venue in Jacksonville, Florida. With no prior experience in hospitality, she built Bravoz from the ground up and now serves as Founder, COO, and President, overseeing all areas of the business including operations, marketing, food and beverage, and team development. Laura is passionate about delivering exceptional, memorable customer experiences—and believes that starts with creating an amazing experience for her team. When team members feel valued, supported, and proud of their work, that energy naturally carries over to the guests. Laura’s superpower is seeing the small, overlooked details that make a big difference. She believes unforgettable experiences are built one thoughtful touch at a time, and she’s constantly looking for ways to elevate every aspect of the business—from guest service to behind-the-scenes systems.
