Sam Olliges is an expert in Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) and Industrial and Organizational Psychology. With nearly fifteen years in high-risk industries, he leads New View Safety initiatives, driving systems-based change and frontline engagement. Sam is recognized for advancing innovative, learning-focused safety leadership at the organizational level. Sam holds a Bachelors in Occupational Safety and a Masters in Safety, Security, and Emergency Management, both from Eastern Kentucky University. Sam holds the CSP credential from BCSP, along with many other credentials. He is an active member of the AIHA Confined Space Committee, NAEM, and ASSP.
