Norman is a MechEng with 40 years in project and risk management. He co-founded vPSI Group in 2002 to provide consulting and training in performance measurement and improvement. He has developed new methods for analysis of human performance incidents and patented online JSAs. He was an ASSP Regional Safety Professional of the Year, an SPE Distinguished Lecturer in HOP and speaks internationally.
