Perry Guinn is the new Vice President of Real Estate for Tenet Health. Perry will lead Transaction Management, Design & Construction, Lease Administration & Facilities Management. Prior to Tenet, Perry worked at McKesson for >16 years where he led Global Real Estate (25 million SF, 1200 properties) for the last 3 years. During his tenure with McKesson Perry also held positions as VP of Client Relations & Strategy, Director of Corporate Real Estate for US Oncology & Director of Construction. Perry started his career as an engineer in the Mobile Medical Manufacturing industry where he designed mobile MRI’s, CT’s, PET/CT, Cardiac Catheterization Labs, and other types of specialty vehicles. Perry held positions as VP New Product Development, VP of Engineering, and VP of Operations and transitioned to Real Estate after 17 years. Perry earned a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University, Master’s in Business Administration & Master’s in Project Management from Keller Graduate School and holds a PMP Certification. Additionally, he is a Chief Warrant Officer Four in the U.S. Army with 39 years of Military Service. “Chief” Guinn ran construction operations while serving in Afghanistan, his awards include the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, (2) Army Commendation Medals, Air Force Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, and numerous other military honors. Perry has been married to his wife JoAnn for 32 years and has two adult daughters Justine & Jessica, both in real estate accounting
