Ms. Addison joined Flagship Healthcare Properties in May 2021 and is currently Managing Director, Vice President – Property Management. With 20 years of commercial real estate and property management experience, Samantha leads Flagship’s property management teams across the Southeast as well as other regions including New York, Michigan, and Texas. In addition to oversight of the property management team, Samantha is responsible for on-boarding new assets through acquisition as well as fostering relationships with new and existing clients while strategically evaluating portfolio performance to maximize NOI and ensure long-term success.
