As Program Manager for The Walsh Group's Healthcare Division, Eric is responsible for private client healthcare projects across the country. Eric has a commitment to establishing long lasting client relations. His responsibilities include establishing management systems, supervising projects and management staff, preconstruction and estimating, design management, value engineering, scheduling and the preparation of quality control programs. Eric has 19 years of experience and 16 years at The Walsh Group. In his tenure with Walsh, Eric has provided project leadership over numerous healthcare projects of varying size and scope. Eric’s work has been highlighted by Walsh’s performance on the Northwestern Medicine Medical Office Building Renovation in Bloomingdale, Illinois and Oak Brook, Illinois and the new build of an Ambulatory Care Center at Loyola University Health System in Tinley Park. Most recently, under his leadership, project teams’ completed a Micro-hospital and Cancer Center for University of Chicago Medicine, which is the largest facility outside of their main campus. Eric’s work is also highlighted at the Alexian Brothers Medical Center involving a renovation and vertical expansion to the Surgery and Tower centers. Also, Eric has a leading role in projects with Indiana University Health, University of Kentucky’s new Cancer Center Expansion and Beacon Health’s new 10-story Bed Tower. In addition to his role as Program Manager, Eric serves on Walsh’s Modular Construction Committee which helps the company coordinate best practices in modular and prefabrication construction across our various building sectors. Eric graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. He and his wife have three children and reside in the western suburbs of Chicago. In his spare time, Eric enjoys golfing, camping and chasing his three kids around to their endless amount of sporting activities.
