Licensed in California and New York, Brian Yeretzian has a national real estate practice with a strong focus on health care and medical real estate transactions. He advises health systems, providers, investors and lenders across the full lifecycle of health care real estate assets, including hospitals, outpatient facilities, seniors housing and behavioral health properties. Brian brings a unique, well-rounded perspective shaped by experience in-house, with government agencies and in private practice, allowing him to deliver practical, business-minded legal solutions aligned with operational realities. His experience includes representing nonprofit health systems in hospital dispositions, advising on acquisitions and leasing for behavioral health and mental health providers, and assisting lenders with financings involving assisted living and memory care facilities. Across “debt, dirt, and services,” Brian regularly counsels clients on health care–related acquisitions, financings, development, leasing and real estate services matters, helping them navigate complex regulatory, operational and market considerations with efficiency and precision.
