Curtis is a leader in CommonSpirit Health's National Real Estate Services (NRES) platform. Curtis Leads a team of healthcare strategists and planners in an internal consulting role. The team collaborates with Regional and Market leadership to ensure that any capital project and the resulting disposition of physical care-based assets have a well thought-out market and data-driven basis for planning. The team works with the entire NRES strategy platform and NRES partners, primarily in Planning, Design and Construction (PDC), as well as other subject matter experts across the system and external partners, to ensure that need-based sustainable solutions are developed and used to underwrite business plans for Strategy Review and the capital approval process to move to implementation. The team works to optimize current portfolio as well as seek opportunities for portfolio and business growth to meet the strategic goals of our markets and the communities we serve. NRES Strategy provides a wide array of services to facilitate, support, and lead projects that allow Markets and Regions to make informed strategic and financially stable decisions. Market planning work leads primarily to implementable strategic and master facilities plans for acute and ambulatory care assets. Curtis and team foster creative yet pragmatic solutioning and decision making while continually striving to improve and innovate in the way we approach our work.
