Myles Cardenas is a Land Development Manager for Taylor Morrison in Atlanta and a licensed General Contractor in Georgia with 10 years of experience in construction and land development. A passionate advocate for workforce development, he serves in several leadership roles with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), including Chair of the Student Chapters Advisory Board, while mentoring students and supporting career pathways nationwide. Myles has been recognized with multiple industry honors, including the 2024 NAHB Young Professional Award and recognition on the 2025 Pro Builder Young Guns & Legends List.
