His career spans a wide range of roles, from Production Associate to Senior Quality Manager, Advanced Manufacturing Trainer and Senior Director Product Development, showcasing his deep understanding of operational and leadership dynamics. A Certified Quality, Safety, and Environmental Manager, Wes has a proven track record of developing and implementing management systems, both creating new frameworks and enhancing existing ones. He is also a passionate educator, having designed and delivered courses in Leadership, Lean Six Sigma, OSHA standards, and ISO Management systems. With his unique blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and commitment to continuous learning, Wes brings invaluable perspective to the MSSC programs.
