Charner Rodgers

Dr. Charner Rodgers is an accomplished engineering, construction, and DEI professional dedicated to creating opportunities for others throughout her career. She recently served as Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for U.S. Restaurant Development at McDonald’s Corporation and is the Founder of CLR Enterprises, a consulting firm focused on diverse talent recruitment and workforce development in construction. A former professor and industry relations leader at Tuskegee University, Dr. Rodgers is recognized nationally for her expertise in construction, workforce development, and women and minorities in the industry. She has led award-winning student programs, conducted impactful research, and continues to mentor the next generation of construction professionals through leadership, education, and industry service.
