Yuriy Posherstnik is a Senior Engineer with a passion for strategic planning and innovation. Currently, he supports the Combined C2 and Spectrum portfolio of the Defense Information System’s Agency’s Portfolio Acquisition Executive Command, Control, Communications Enterprise. Previously, Posherstnik was the Technical Director for the Program Executive Office – Spectrum. Prior to joining DISA, he led research and development of dynamic spectrum access systems, spectrum sharing methodologies, and spectrum information systems with the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center (now the C5ISR Center). Posherstnik has a master’s in electrical engineering from University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s in computer engineering from Rutgers University.
