Julian Breyer

Julian Breyer is the Director of Office of the Chief Data Officer and serves as the Defense Information System Agency's Chief Data Officer. He leads a culture that embraces a robust programmatic approach to data management. His role identifies, prioritizes, and executes data and analytic initiatives aligned to DISA's enterprise strategies and business outcomes. Breyer is a computer scientist who previously served as a Senior Technical Strategist for AI and Data Engineering for DISA'S Chief Technology Officer as well as Chief Engineer for the agency's Zero Trust, identity/PKI and Cyber Situational Awareness programs. Prior to joining DISA, he supported the database administration and data warehouse design and maintenance of several private sector companies.
