Steve Novak is a distinguished federal technology leader with over 18 years of dedicated experience supporting the Department of War. As the Portfolio Manager for Combined C2 and Spectrum within the Defense Information Systems Agency’s Portfolio Acquisition Executive Command, Control, Communications Enterprise, he spearheads the modernization of critical C2 programs, enhances cyber readiness, and ensures enterprise services are aligned with the evolving requirements of the joint and combatant commands. Novak’s career at DISA has been marked by a consistent focus on strengthening enterprise information technology, cybersecurity, and service delivery across multiple directorates.
