Roger Walkup serves as the Global Force Management Chief Engineer in the Defense Information Systems Agency’s Portfolio Acquisition Executive Command, Control, Communications Enterprise. He’s worked at DISA for 20 years supporting the development of DODAF 2.0, Joint Information Environment architectures, the Joint Regional Security Stack, and the Global Force Management Program Management Office. Walkup served in the U.S. Navy as an Electronics Technician 1st Class. After the Navy, he attended university, earning bachelor's degrees in visual arts and mathematics and computer science.
